All orders are shipped via USPS and processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location.

• Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout

Returns

We want you to love your knots4u piece! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Return

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
2. Ship the item back unused and in its original packaging
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no extra charge.
